Surfer Blood's music has a definite surf rock feel. However, once the vocals kick in, I instinctively try to discern which britpop band I am listening to. So I was surprised to learn that the band is made up of a bunch of kids from Florida. Despite their apparent youth, they gave the crowd an energetic and practiced show. Well done!
